By downloading, using the UCOllect mobile app, or accessing the web app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using either. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, web app, any part of either, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app or web app, and you also shouldn't try to translate them into other languages or make derivative versions. The app, web app, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to them still belong to noovoleum Pte Ltd. 

Usage of Mobile App and Web App 

1. Mobile App: The app is available on Android and iOS devices. Users must ensure their devices meet the required system specifications and that they download updates when offered to maintain full functionality.  

2. Web App:      The UCOllect web app provides similar functionality to the mobile app for user convenience. However:     
- The web app requires an active internet connection and a compatible browser to function.     
- Some features of the mobile app may not be fully optimized or available on the web app.     
- Users must ensure their browser is updated to the latest version for optimal functionality.     
- Accessing the web app from public or shared devices is discouraged. If you do so, log out after use to secure your data.  

Data Privacy 

At noovoleum Pte Ltd, we are committed to protecting your personal data. By using the app or web app, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as outlined below:  

1. Data Collection and Usage: We collect the following types of data to provide, improve, and optimize our services:

- Device Information: Operating system, browser type, and device details.     
- Location Data: Used for optimizing services like logistics and dynamic pricing, when enabled.

- Google Play Services (mobile app only)
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics - AppsFlyer

4. User Responsibilities:
- Use strong, secure passwords for your account.
- Avoid accessing the app or web app on unsecured or public networks.
- Do not share your account credentials with others.   

5. Sharing of Data: We do not share your data with third parties, except:     
- To comply with legal obligations.     
- With service providers processing data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.     
- For analytics or optimization purposes, ensuring anonymity where possible.  

6. Cookies and Tracking (Web App): The web app may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience. By using the web app, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liabilities Certain functions of the app and web app require an active internet connection. noovoleum Pte Ltd is not responsible for:   
- Poor functionality due to connectivity issues.   
- Data or roaming charges incurred while using the app or web app.   
- Device-related issues such as running out of battery or unsupported system versions.   
- Loss or damage resulting from reliance on third-party data or services integrated into the app or web app. 

Updates and Termination We may update the app or web app to improve services. You are required to download or accept updates when offered. We may terminate the app or web app services at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:   
- (a) Rights and licenses granted under these terms will end.   
- (b) You must stop using the app or web app and delete them from your devices if applicable.
